Return, Refund AND WARRANTY Policy
20 YEAR WARRANTY
At Meubles Dépôt, we offer this 20-year warranty because we have great confidence in the quality and durability of our products. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
The 20-year warranty covers all material and manufacturing defects affecting the proper functioning of products from the SUNSET, SUNRISE, SUNMIX, and SUNFUN collections.
However, certain items such as glass, cushions, and covers are not covered under this warranty, as they are subject to normal wear over time or may be affected by specific usage conditions. This means that if these components are damaged or deteriorate, they will not be repaired or replaced under this warranty.
The limited warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a subsequent buyer. It remains in effect for 20 years from the date of purchase.
A purchase invoice and a valid ID matching the name on the invoice are required as proof of purchase.
RETURN
If your order has not yet been shipped, it can be canceled without any fees.
If your order has already been delivered, it can be returned and refunded provided the product is unused and still in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
You have 15 days from the date of product receipt to initiate a return, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
If a product is out of stock on our website, we will inform you of the estimated availability time. You may then choose to wait for the product to become available while keeping the original price, or cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Returns can be made in person at our warehouse located at 333 Rue de Rouville, Beloeil, QC, J3G 1X1. We also offer a pickup service at the delivery address if needed. Pickup fees vary depending on the collection address.
REFUND
We accept refund requests for products that meet the following condition: The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refund requests for items that have already been delivered or picked up at our warehouse may be made within 15 days of receiving your goods.
Deposits made on our products are refundable within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, deposits become non‑refundable.
Deposits or payments made for any product with a SUNRISE GLASS are final sales and are neither refundable nor exchangeable. All refunds will be issued to the same credit or debit card used for the original purchase.
Payments or deposits made for our PRE‑ORDER products are fully refundable at any time after the scheduled pickup or delivery date, if that date was not met within the indicated timeframe.
Purchases made on our website, www.meublesdepot.ca, or at our warehouse located at 333 Rue de Rouville, Beloeil, QC, J3G 1X1, are considered FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds do not apply to the following products/services: For hygiene reasons, seat and back cushions as well as cushion covers are non‑exchangeable and considered final sales. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for these items, nor for clearance or final‑sale items purchased at the warehouse or on our website.
If you require delivery for products purchased on our website or at our warehouse, delivery fees apply if you reside more than 200 km away. Delivery fees are non‑refundable. In‑store pickups are free of charge.
