2.Sales of goods and services
This document governs the sale of goods made available on our site.

The goods we offer include exclusively outdoor furnishings.
Goods linked to this document are those displayed on our site at the time you access them, including those marked as out of stock. All information, descriptions or images we provide about our properties are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, we are not legally bound by this information, descriptions or images, as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every product or service we provide.

When you provide us with your payment information, you confirm to us that you have authorized the use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument. If we believe that your payment has violated any law or one of our terms of use, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction.
4.Transport and delivery
All online or in-person orders picked up at our store receive an exclusive 20% discount before taxes on your total order.
Our store is open exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and is located at 333 Rue de Rouville, Beloeil, QC, J3G 1X1.
We offer free shipping across CANADA for all orders of $250 or more before taxes. Deliveries occur every Monday during the 2026 season. Ensure someone is present to sign for the delivery. Orders placed before Sunday at 6 p.m. will be delivered the following Monday. For a specific Monday delivery, contact us by phone at 438-523-3768 or by email at info.
5.Refund
Refunds for items already delivered or picked up at our store can be requested within 15 days of receiving your goods. Deposits on our products are refundable within 30 days of purchase; after this period, deposits are non-refundable. A 3% fee will be deducted from the payment or deposit amount for each refund request made before pickup or scheduled delivery.

Purchases made on our website, www.meublesdepot.ca, or at our store (333 Rue de Rouville, Beloeil, QC, J3G 1X1) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged — unless items are unused and in their original packaging.

For delivery of products purchased online or in-store:

In-store pickup is always free.
Deposits or payments made for any product with a SUNRISE WINDOW are final sales and are neither refundable nor exchangeable. 
All refunds will be made to the same credit or debit card used to make the original purchase.
Payments or deposits made for our PRE-ORDER products are fully refundable at any time after the scheduled pickup or delivery date, if this has not been met within the stated time frame.
Purchases made on our website, www.meublesdepot.ca, or at our warehouse located at 333 Rue de Rouville, Beloeil, QC, J3G 1X1, are considered FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds do not apply to the following products/services:
For hygiene reasons, seat and back cushions as well as cushion covers are non-exchangeable and considered final sales. No returns, refunds or exchanges can be made for these items, as well as for sale or final sale items purchased at the warehouse or on our website.                                                                       
If you wish delivery of our products purchased on our website or at our warehouse, they are subject to delivery costs if you live beyond 200km. No refunds will be made on delivery costs. In-store pickups are free of charge.

6.Returns
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, it can be canceled — a 3% fee will be deducted from the total amount.

If your order has already been delivered, you may return it for a refund only if the product is unused and in its original packaging. A delivery fee will apply for pickup at your home.

You have 15 days after receiving your product to initiate a return — again, only if unused and in original packaging. Home pickup incurs a delivery fee.

If a product is out of stock online, we’ll notify you of the estimated restock date. You may choose to wait (keeping the original price) or cancel — in which case, you’ll receive a full refund.

Returns are free if done in person at our store: 333 Rue de Rouville, Beloeil, QC, J3G 1X1. We also offer pickup at your address (delivery fees apply).
7.Guarantees
20-year warranty on all our products with a manufacturing defect.
If your product has a manufacturing defect and is covered by warranty, contact our customer service. We will assess whether repair or replacement is possible based on the 
conditions of our guarantee.
If you notice a manufacturing defect, contact us providing details and photos. We will carry out replacement or repair according to the 
warranty terms.
8.Limitation of Liability
Meubles Dépôt DF inc. or any of its employees will not be held responsible for any problem arising from this site. However, Meubles Dépôt DF inc. and its employees will not be responsible for any problems arising from any irregular use of this site.
9.Compensation
As a user, you indemnify Meubles Dépôt DF inc. for any liability, cost, cause of action, damage or expense arising from your use of this site or your violation of the provisions set forth herein.
10.Applicable laws
This document is subject to the applicable laws of Canada and is intended to comply with its necessary rules and regulations.
11.Divisibility
If at any time any provision set forth herein is found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable law, such provisions shall be deemed void and removed from this document. All other provisions will not be affected, and the rest of the document will still be considered valid.
12.Additional provisions
If your product has a manufacturing defect and is covered by warranty, contact our customer service. We will evaluate whether repair or replacement is possible based on the terms of our warranty.
If you notice a manufacturing defect, contact us providing details and photos. We will carry out replacement or repair according to the terms of the warranty.
13.Changes
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes in the management of our site. We recommend that our users check these terms and conditions regularly to ensure that they are informed of any updates. If necessary, we will notify users by email or post a notice on our site.
